 Hole Sizes:-

20mm tank connectors require a hole between 26mm to 38mm. The threaded part is 3/4". 25mm tank connectors require a hole between 32mm to 45mm. The threaded part is 1". 32mm tank connectors require a hole between 42mm to 55mm. The threaded part is 1 1/4". 40mm tank connectors require a hole between 53mm to 70mm. The threaded part is 1 3/4". 50mm tank connectors require a hole between 58mm to 78mm. The threaded part is 2". 63mm tank connectors require a hole between 74mm to 94mm. The threaded part is 2 1/2".

Not only do ND Aquatics Ltd manufacture glass fish tanks, we also manufacture the cabinets ourselves, delivered to you fully constructed and ready for use.  All our practical and stylish cabinets have solid back design for extra rigidity,  reinforcements where necessary, feature quality hardware throughout including metal sprung clip-on & removable soft-close hinges and come complete with matching hoods which feature a hinged lid section.  They are constructed from FINSA branded 18mm SUPERPAN® Decor MFC panels which consists of two external MDF faces and a core of chipboard. These panels are coated with a decorative paper impregnated in melamine resins in a range of colours. Most important characteristics are: - Smooth and homogeneous surface due to its fibre face, high resistance to bending and high modulus of elacticity. All our cabinets are screwed, glued and silicone sealed throughout.  Tropical cabinets have an internal measurement of 645mm and stand 1422mm from base to top of hood (for a 24" high tank).  Marine cabinets have an internal measurement of 760mm and stand 1544mm from base to top of hood (for a 24" high tank). Open hood: better known as a pelmet. This sits over the top of the tank but leaves the top exposed. Open Hood / Pelmet

Flat hood: this covers the tank top completely but has a hinged lid for access. Flat hood with single lid for fish tanks up to  48" Flat hood with double lid for fish tanks over 48"

  What is PILKINGTON Optiwhite™ low iron glass?                         

Pilkington Optiwhite™ is a specially developed float glass which displays none of the slight green tint apparent in most standard 'clear' glasses. Pilkington Optiwhite™ has superior performance when compared with conventional clear float products; this includes higher light transmission and greater solar heat transmittance.
